1. Refrigerated dryer adopts filtering liquid separator, American HANKISON filter, Japanese Panasonic and South Korean LG refrigeration compressor to maintain durability and stability. The gas-liquid separation effect completely avoids the secondary evaporation of water, and cold drying is an important role in ensuring the drying effect. It is more efficient than cyclone separation, with a separation efficiency of 99.99%.
2. The internal working pressure of galvanized copper piping system is 0.3-4.5MPa.

5. The evaporator is processed with thin-walled copper tube, with hydrophilic aluminum fins, and spoiler structure to improve the heat transfer efficiency of our refrigerated air dryer.
6. The sewage system of the refrigerated compressed air dryer is optimized. The cold-drying structure adopts a three-level or more drainage structure, which can effectively discharge a large amount of condensed water and oil pollution in a timely and effective manner, thereby ensuring the clean and dry air of the system and reducing the system load.
