Independent cylinder host

Very accessible and easy to maintain. They are also optimally arranged in the cooling air flow. Due to the large structure of all bearings, the body is designed for extra long service life. These bearings are characterized by low heat generation, low coefficient of friction and low power loss. Plasma nitriding and plateau honing cylinders can guarantee a long service life due to their surface hardness, and at the same time have low energy consumption and can stably lubricate the cylinder working surfaces with oil.

Breathing air according to DIN EN 12021¹. Tested and lead-sealed end-pressure safety valves ensure a particularly high operating stability. The volume of air that can be prepared is 140 m³.

Automatic condensate drain, including automatic shut-off when terminal pressure is reached

The automatic condensate drain allows the intermediate and final separators to drain during operation, even when automatically shutting down. Convenience for the operator: Manual draining of condensate on a regular basis is no longer required. Another advantage is the automatic shut-off of the compressor when the terminal pressure is reached.
